These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Slate Grove LLC, doing business as Big Impact Ads (“BIA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and you, the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By subscribing to or using BIA services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Ownership of Deliverables

Final design deliverables (“Projects”) become your property once full payment for your subscription has cleared.

• You receive full copyright ownership of the final files.
• All unused concepts, drafts, source files, and working materials remain the property of BIA.
• You confirm that any materials you provide (e.g., logos, fonts, content) are properly licensed or owned by you.

2. Use of Third-Party Materials

Some Projects may include third-party elements such as fonts, images, or videos. If applicable:

• BIA will notify you when additional licensing is required.
• You are responsible for securing and maintaining any necessary licenses.
• Redistribution or resale of licensed assets is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

3. Client Representations

By using BIA services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
• You will not use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
